A glass balcony that will not close. A PVC door whose latch no longer catches. A shutter that will not go up. None of these means the whole system has to be replaced. Most of these faults finish in a single visit, on site, at a fraction of what a new system costs.
On glass balconies the job that comes up most is roller replacement. If the panel is hard to slide, catches on the track, or will not close at all, the cause is usually worn rollers or a track out of alignment. Gasket renewal comes next, then lock and mechanism adjustment, strikers and stoppers. Along the coast, keeping up with this maintenance extends system life visibly; salt works faster than people expect.
On PVC windows and doors the most common complaint is a door that no longer closes properly. If a sliding door is stiff, a tilt-and-turn window has lost its adjustment, or the lock needs replacing, we fix it on site with hinge and door adjustment, a new handle and striker, and fresh gaskets. Sagging sashes, whistling in the wind and rubbing on closing all belong to the same family.
For shutters we replace motors, renew belts and pulleys, change slats and pair remotes. For insect screens we replace torn mesh, renew tracks and brushes, and adjust pleated and sliding systems. Most of these small-looking jobs are done within the same visit.
The way we work: we listen to the fault on the phone and come out for a free survey if it is needed. We tell you the part and the labour before we start. We do not begin without your approval. When the job is done we clear up after ourselves and we stand behind the work. For repair work across Bodrum and Milas the neighbourhood makes no difference; just describe the fault.
