We build the roof frame with galvanized or painted steel and lay OSB (oriented strand board) sheathing on top. For waterproofing we apply a membrane and then complete the roof with bituminous shingles or, on request, tiles. Shingles are light and flexible and suit any slope, while tiles offer a classic, durable look.
We apply attic insulation, gutter and valley systems, chimney bases and ridge details in a fully watertight way. With materials chosen to withstand the sun and wind of Bodrum and Milas, we build long-lasting roofs.
